Send-in Repair Procedure
1, You will receive a confirmation email with your repair job ID and login details.

2, Backup your data in the device. Remove the sim card and memory card. Please send the battery with the phone.

3, Please Print the email, sign the agreement form in the email, carefully wrap your device, seal your parcel and send to the below address with a registered post or courier.

4, We will send you an confirmation email after we received your parcel.

5, We will send you a quotation after assessment of your handset.

6, After completion of repair, we will process your payment.

7, Upon receipt of payment, we will despatch your device on the same day by express post. Mobilepros will cover the return postage.

8, You should receive your device promptly.
